Dr. Mary C. Jones

Dr. Mary C. Jones has been an educator for 50 years. Her degrees include a BA from Upsala College, NJ, an MA from Stanislaus State U., and a Doctorate from University of San Francisco. She began her teaching career in 1973 with the Newark Board of Education in NJ where she taught middle school for 10 years. In 1983 Dr. Jones relocated to California where she was hired by the Atwater Elementary School District as a Gifted and Talented Education teacher. She later taught sixth grade classes, seventh and eighth grade English as a Second Language, and then became a Language Development Specialist for the district. She was a school administrator for 20 years. She has served as an assistant principal at the junior high level, principal at the elementary and high school levels; and retired 10 years ago as deputy Superintendent of the Ceres Unified School District.

Dr. Jones is a seasoned presenter on Cultural Proficiency, as well as very well versed in effective curriculum design, instruction, and delivery toensure access and high levels of learning for all students. She currently mentors school administrators, supervises student teachers, and is a professor at University of Massachusetts Global and Stanislaus Universities.

Roy A. Pigue

Roy A. Pigue is an accomplished Operations Manager with expertise in Program and Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehousing. Skilled in planning, scheduling, process development/deployment and integrated team coordination. Able to change plans, goals, actions, and priorities in response to an evolving business environment with awareness to operate as a champion for course corrections.

Roy has over 37 years of Logistics and Supply Chain experience, 24 of which he gained while serving in the United States Air Force.

Roy has spent the last 13 years in various leadership positions with Microsoft. His most recent role, as the Operations Manager for the Material Master Management Team, while working with Azure Storage Solutions, Program Managers and Datacenter Operations Management, he oversaw an initiative to identify hardware deficiencies spanning 15 platforms in six datacenters. His swift actions and collaboration skills ensure parts availability while simultaneously preventing platform downtime.

In his role as a Regional Program Manager, he orchestrated the transition of the logistics program in all Latin America datacenters from being remotely managed to 100% on-site personnel in a matter of days. He put together a team of subject matter experts to provide training and warehouse layout guidance which resulted in a smooth transition with no lapses in service.

Roy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Wayland Baptist University and a Project Manage certification from Villanova University,

His honors include the Meritorious Service Medal with Two Devices, Air Force Commendation Medal with Two Devices and his is the 1995/2001 Winner Lieutenant General Leo Marquez Award in Logistics in the Technician Category and the Manager Category.
